New Student Enrollment: Account Request
This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Before you can use New Student Online Enrollment to enroll your student into Colfax School District, you must create a user account.
To create your user account, please enter the requested information below.
- If you have an email address, please enter it where prompted.  A login name will be created for you based on your email address and your access        information may be communicated with you via email after your application is submitted.  
- If you do not have an email address, please check “I don’t have an email” and enter your desired login name.
